Eligible orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as reasonably possible after order confirmation. The delivery estimate applicable to a particular order may depend on destination, product availability, selected delivery arrangements, carrier conditions, and fulfillment location.
The estimated delivery information available for a customer's destination is presented through the store or accompanying order information. Customers should review the applicable shipping information before completing an order.
Any shipping charge, available free-shipping arrangement, or destination-based shipping condition is shown through the store before the order is finalized. We do not rely on undisclosed shipping charges.
Orders may be fulfilled from our own operations or from partner facilities according to inventory availability, destination, and operational requirements. An order should not be assumed to originate from the customer's local area unless specifically stated.
When tracking is available, customers receive tracking or shipment information following dispatch.
If tracking remains inactive for an unusual period, a shipment appears materially delayed, or a package may be lost, contactservice@vontaric.com with the order number.
A carrier status marked as delivered does not automatically prevent review of a reasonable delivery concern. We may request relevant information and investigate the shipment before determining an appropriate resolution.
